| A dark gray, tasty fish with tough scales, rarely found at sea, although some limited movement between estuaries appears to occur. Not very popular as food among typical fish eaters but still is consumed widely across the world. The thick scales need to be removed before cooking and the firm sweet flesh is very tasty. |
