WAI-WAI

Wai Wai is a popular snack in Nepal , Sikkim and parts of northern West Bengal in India . Wai Wais are a kind of noodles which are eaten straight from the package or in soup form. Unlike ordinary noodles, wai wai is pre-cooked, flavoured, seasoned and fried before packaging. On opening, chilli powder, masala (mixed spices) and onion oil which are included in the package are added to give it an additional taste. This is eaten raw or with water in soup form.
